  • Set-up Volunteers- Will arrive at 7:00 am before the start of the event to assist with setting up vendor tents, festival stations, signage, tables, etc.

  • Breakdown Volunteers- Will arrive no later than 2:30 pm to help disassemble tents, booths, and stations, and clean up post-event.

Volunteers Working During Festival Hours

Each volunteer will have the opportunity to sign up for 3 shifts.

  • Shift 2- Midday, 11:00 am to 1:30 pm

You may select only one (1) station per shift. You are not required to choose a station for every shift if you do not plan on staying for the entirety of the festival, or if you would simply like to enjoy the festival as an attendee (Register Here). Please only choose a station for the shift times you will be available and present.

If you want to volunteer in the same section for the entirety of your attendance, you can choose the same station for every shift. Or, if you would like to explore different stations, you can choose a different station for each shift.

Please be aware that there is a limited number of volunteers needed per station, per shift. The number of available slots will be indicated next to each station in parenthesis, e.g. Parking Attendant (2). While we cannot promise everyone will be assigned to their preferred station, we will do our best to accommodate you.
